Default Everyone Weigh in 07/29/11
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

193.4 down 4.4lbs since last Friday.
I have been a bit obsessed with the scale so I am going to put it away and not way for 1 wee. I am so happy with my progress. I hope to be at or below 190 by next Friday and I plan on run/walking at least 4 times this week. And to focus on having a more regular calorie count.

Not sure if my scale is playing with me...but I've held steady at 113lbs for the past two days! Finally broke through my plateau! Down 1 pound, and I'll take it!!!!

302.5lbs. I'm down 6 pounds from the start of my journey on Monday.

I know big weight loss is expected for the beginning, so no big whoop, but at least I'm doing it .
