Me: 217.5, up one and a half pounds from last week.
193.4 down 4.4lbs since last Friday.
I have been a bit obsessed with the scale so I am going to put it away and not way for 1 wee. I am so happy with my progress. I hope to be at or below 190 by next Friday and I plan on run/walking at least 4 times this week. And to focus on having a more regular calorie count.
150.4. Down 2.8 (more than expected). If I can just be good for one more week, I will hit the 140's. I wish you could see the smile on my face right now...It's ear to ear.
Not sure if my scale is playing with me...but I've held steady at 113lbs for the past two days! Finally broke through my plateau! Down 1 pound, and I'll take it!!!!

Had my second weigh-in since starting the plan. Lost an additional 3 lb. Hooray!
