How long did it take for your weight loss to regulate after starting a serious exercise regimen? I started a fairly vigorous exercise program this past week and my weight has been all over the place. I'm willing to overlook it for the moment since my clothes are already fitting a bit better AND I'm starting to see muscle definition where there wasn't any before, but it would be nice to see the downward trend on the scale again.
I'd say stop looking at the scale and focus on the clothing, then in a month, return to the scale and you'll notice something.
I go through phases of getting on the scale once a week and being disappointed in myself, and then after a while it falls out of my mind, I get on a scale after a few months sometimes and I've lost like 7 or 8 lbs. It's not ideal if you're trying to monitor properly, but that's just the way I've happened to monitor my weight loss.
