So... TOM, and a small procedure that I had done put me in a bit of a rutt.
I was doing so well with this diet, and then got stuck with two not so fun things. Man. What a week!
However... I did my best to maintain...and maintain I did. I also ended up doing a bit of calorie cycling (although higher than my usually 1300-1450/day) and ended up between 1500 and 2100 (which is my daily limit for maintenance) so I'm interested to see what the scale says. I feel like I can actually weigh myself now since I've lost most of the water.
I'm not proud of it, but at least I was able to continue to control portions and eat sensibly. It sure is hard when you're craving food and you HAVE to eat with a pain killer. I still have a bit of water weight... but things are working out. Plus... I'm slowly able to wean off of the pain killers and they aren't making me as weird at this point. Hate pain killers
... but I had to go to work so it didn't leave me much choice.
Feeling better is nice!
So here's to a fresh re-start tomorrow!
To myself and anyone else in the same 'back on track' boat!
