  • Had a great time and no regrets. Ate at maintenance level and mostly made good choices exactly for dessert, but I didn't pig out on them either. Up a pound this morning, bunt still FULLLL, it's TTOM and so on. Best thing is, I don't feel tempted to eat like that again. With the way I feel this morning, it will probably be a lower calorie day too.
  • Thanks to all the support I got here and on myfitnesspal I did good. I counted everything I ate and drank. One day I went over and got 1800 calories. Luckily that day we walked for 3 hours so it evened out. I have my motivation back even more knowing I was able to make it through a holiday weekend and stay OP. Thank you everyone for the tips. And the skinngirl margaritas are good :-)
  • I was so worried about yesterday. I have a history of eating whatever I want when it is a holiday or occasion. I made some good choices and stayed on program and did not feel deprived. I did think that the seven layer chocolate cake with fudge frosting and butter pecan ice cream looked UNBELEIVEABLE...but I can have it in moderation when I reach my goal Today, I feel good...cause the scale shows that I am down another pound!
