Where did everyone go? Give up?

I know I won't make the 10 lbs goal for this month, but I hope to within the next week. I'm now in the weight loss part of the month for me - bye-bye ovulation weight gain!

6/1/11: 205.4
6/8/11: 203.2 (-2.2)
6/15/11: 202.6 (-.4 - TTOM finishing up and tons of water weight)
6/22/11: 203.6 (+1.0 - my ovulation weight gain)
6/29/11: 199.6 (-4 lbs for a total of 5.8 pounds lost so far this month)
Goal weight by 7/01/11: 195.0

WI this morning, down 2 pounds. Yay! So excited - I did it, 10 pounds by July 1. Now to find a July challenge.

Starting 6/2 : 232
6/8: 231 (on home scale, since replaced with a digital mac daddy one)
6/15: 223
6/22: 221
6/29: 219

Goal 1: 222 by July 1
Goal 2: 210 by August 23 (Vegas dress to arrive then)
Goal 3: <200 by Sept 17

I'm still hanging out but haven't posted my weight because nothing's change. I've had some medical issues, though, so I've been retaining a lot of water and now TOM is probably going to show up today, ugh.

Congratulations Donna Donut! At this rate, you'll get to target weight in no time.

Berryblonde boys, i'm still here, just waiting to weigh in on friday, my figures haven't been impressing though, TOM started last week and just ended and my figures have climbed up! I know i might not make the 10pounds goal but I'm hoping for a miracle to at least remain at current weight.

I missed a week without realising, and have lost track of EVERYTHING going on here! I don't have time to catch up with everyone I'm afraid. It looks like something odd happened at my festival as although I drank my bodyweight in alcohol, I seemed to have lost 2lb! Not complaining, although it's difficult to know what caused it. Possibly eating very little and walking for miles and miles in the muddy fields. Sadly that's not a lifestyle choice I can make so I'm back to watch my intake and try and get back into the gym routine (it's been 9 days!!)

Start Weight 06/01 - 143
06/08 - 142
06/15 - 142
06/22
06/29 - 140
and 2 extra days to get to GW 07/01 133!

Yesterday, I weighed in at 164.6, this morning I weighed in at 163.2. Drank more water yesterday than I have over the past couple of days due to having a cold and trying to make sure I didn't get dehydrated. Won't be making the 10 lbs this month, but am quite happy with the loss so far!

Guys, we have come to the end of June, some of us met the 10pounds loss target, some lost a bit while some gained, in all, we all made EFFORTS and we were DETERMINED which are the main tools needed for weight loss.

To continually get support from one another, we've decided to start a similar thread for August titled 'Lose 10pounds by August 1st', Check the thread out in the Weight Loss Support Section, post your starting weight and goal weight tomorrow (July 1st), weigh in will be weekly (choose the day most convenient for you).

We are counting on everyone's support and hoping that we will faithfully kick off more of the weights in August.

But there is one more day to this challenge - "by July 1st". So the last weigh in is tomorrow - July 1st, right?

I won't make an august goal until I know what my weight is tomorrow.

Well...I did not lose 10, but I did knock out five!

For the next challenge, I will definitely stay more active in the thread. There was a period of time where I simply maintained, and got real lax with my exercise. I was more distracted with seeing how much I could eat and not gain, instead of trying to get ten down.

Now I know what I can get away with at my current weight range. Onward to the next!

Ok well I started late and had a goal of 165 ( losing 5.5 pounds) by July 1st. On Tues I was 165.5, so I'm hoping to have met goal when I weight tomorrow.

Congrats to everyone who met their goal! Or hey even you lost anything, it's better than gaining!

RJ you are so right. Earlier I had gone back up to my starting weight but as of today I am down 2.8 for the month so I'll take it

for better numbers for ALL of us tomorrow
