Breakfast Smoothies..

  • SO, i really wanna try & make a protien breakfast smoothie thats quick & easy& will keep my full for when im in a hurry, and suggestions? What protien supplements or powders should i use? Different methods of making it?

    and how much of the ingredients to use as well, etc. I appreciate it!
  • I use Carnation Instant breakfast Blended with 1 cup of nonfat milk and a banana or fresh strawberries.
    As an alternative I use Carnation Instant Breakfast blended wit Almond Breeze with fruit if I have any on hand.
  • My favorite smoothie is a simple one:

    1/4 cup of greek yogurt
    1/4 cup skim milk
    6 strawberries
    1/2 a banana
    several ice cubes

    blend til yummy!!!!
