Im back after 1 month!
 

Hi Girls,
This past month it's been difficult to me to exercise and diet because of some family problems, but today I'm back stronger than ever!.... I still managed to lose 3 pounds without exercise this month. I'm here to continue on this journey and complete my goal before christmas 2011....
Please girls wish me luck ;-)
