  • I find exercise to be extremely important - equally as important as calorie counting - I do both together and each keeps me extremely accountable. I saw results much fast when I added workouts to my dieting. Additionally, if I have a big out day, I know I can add an extreme workout to get back on track - calories in/calories out - you burn more calories exercising than you do stagnant. Additionally, working out makes me feel good, it gives me confidence, it shapes my body in a way dieting can't - I sometimes REALLLLLY need to talk myself into working out, but I have NEVER regretted it after!
  • I agree with you Im3898. Exercise keeps you extremely accountable and gives you a natural 'high' as well. Everyday i talk myself into exercising...cos i know if i don't the weight and shape i want to be will take ages and ages to reach.
Tummy fat is disappearing which is great and my size 12 pants are very loose. Will treat myself to a couple of new things for my wardrobe when i reach 60 kilos.

That's great news! Congrats - I love taking myself shopping when I hit new weight goals....or better having things fit that haven't fit in forever!! It's like having them new again! Keep the good work up.
