Default My first week dieting

I have lost 11 lbs!!!! I didn't expect to lose that much honestly. I used to drink 4-5 Cherry Cokes a day on average. I now drink water. I still eat my regular food just not as much, I also haven't had any sweets. I have been riding the bike almost everyday for 1-4 miles each day.

Well done! Huzzah!!!

(but just a word of warning -- don't get discouraged if/when your weight loss slows down. Sometimes a big loss like that is partly due to water weight. This is not in any way meant to take away your glory. Just for you to move ahead with open eyes, as it were. )
