Seeking vegan/vegetarian buddy
Hi Everyone! I am in search of a weight loss buddy to continue on this amazing journey with me. I would prefer someone in my age and weight range that is either vegan or vegetarian (preferrably vegan).
I am 29 years old, 198 lbs, vegan and my goal is 159 lbs. I know that those are probably really specific requests but I think it will help for me to have someone on a similiar path as me. My current plan consists of daily exercise and watching/counting calories. I would like a good push with the summer months coming and would love to set some goals with someone.
Is there anyone out there like me?
