You can do either one. I bought all of the materials and just logged in here and got support. But if you like more support, you can go to the meetings. I couldn't afford them, so I stopped going. I also counted cals and entered them in fitday.com. Keltic, please join us in "The One Day At A Time Plan" just a few lines away on this very thread. You have the power in you. We will help you achieve your goal. Of course, you have to have a few simple daily goals like 1) drink water, 2) journal 3) exercise.
Either way, we are here to help. And your success will inspire us to do well, too. You've done it before, and I know you can do it again!!!!
