I think I should do that! I actually did join that section when I first got my beck book. I think I got discouraged because most of the steps I was doing were things I had already done through my months of calorie counting. It became a little redundant because I had been losing for months before I bought the book. I think I might just read the first two weeks and only do the days I think I need to work on. Plus, I have a stubborn streak and I was telling myself things like "Who is she to tell me I can't eat when standing up, If I want to taste my cooking and have a nibble, I'm going to do it" HAHA. I see where my issues lie!
