Weight loss support wishes?

Ok, I had a random thought today. If you had 3 wishes when it comes to support for your weight loss what would they be?

Here's mine in this order:

1. Unlimited food budget so I could buy all the best ingredients. :D

2. Cooking classes from some likes of Curtis Stone (or really anyone who cooks good food that's healthy).

3. A personal trainer.

I can think of a lot of other things I'd like to have too but I'll just stick to three things. ;) Anybody else got any good wishes?

well my unrealistic wish is have your wishs all wrapped up in one. I want a live in person who is my chef and personnal trainer. 24 hr supoort!

1. The gym, only attached to the side of my house so I don't have to drive to it. With all the treadmills, weight machines, the works.

2. Someone to show up at my house with a fabulous outfit everyday, except one size too small, and say "Look what you're missing!"

3. Unlimited costume budget. The things I would work my butt off to fit into, if only I could afford them...

1. I'd like for someone else to cook a few healthy meals for me each week.

2. I'd like for my husband to be willing to eat some of my healthier food so that I'm not making different dinners for him and I.

3. I'd like to have a larger pantry and fridge/freezer (my fridge is ancient and small by today's standards, and the pantry is tiny).

1) A hot BF/Husband who's also a crazy fanatic healthy person who will serve as my minion err personal trainer.

2) An open field where I can use nature to exercise and also feel peaceful.

3) A change in policy that removes all the gunk from American processed foods so they're actually healthy for us. Then I can eat whatever I want and be like HA! to my diet.

Erm... who's got the lamp?

unlimited food budget...
a hot single chef to cook all those healthy meals for me...
a new cooker (mine is pants!)

1.) someone to buy/prep food. you know - wash/cut veggies, wash/cut fruit - go to the stores to get the food. I have a hard time finding TIME. I would love for someone to come and splay out fruits and veggies - buffet style - for me and my fam. to nibble on throughout the day.

2.) a personal trainer to help me with training for the triathlon I insist on doing in September

3.) extra hours in the day so I don't feel like I am always trying to CRAM my exercise into time that doesn't exist in my schedule.

pnkrckpixikat 03-18-2011 11:23 AM

1. Unlimited food budget
2. That time wouldfreeze when i entered the gym so i could complete my entire workout on any given day no matter how pressed for time i was
3. That i could pick how the weight came off, like a video game point bank "youve earned 3 lb loss, how would you like to distribute that?" lol

  1. That all restaurants had affordable, tasty, healthy options to choose from with nutrition info listed. No more second-guessing what I'm ordering or having to customize in hopes of the healthiest option available, and no more fretting about eating out period. :carrot:
  2. Either affordable food delivery or a live-in chef; I don't care for cooking and I'd love to have all the fuss of decision-making left to someone else. :p
  3. A home gym with a personal trainer. :dizzy:

niafabo 03-18-2011 12:04 PM

1. a nutritionist/personal chef
2. a personal trainer
3. a gym membership and a convenient form of transportation

Eliana 03-18-2011 12:13 PM

I'm thinking yep, yep, I'd take that and that.

1. The personal chef
2. I would definitely pick where the weight would come off and in which time frame.
3. I wish I could be on "What Not to Wear", get the $5000 and get a whole new and Stacey approved wardrobe. :D

Oooooo.... I'd like to change my fridge/pantry wish to this one, please.

LightRaven 03-18-2011 03:20 PM

I would definitely take the cooking classes. I'm currently learning how to cook now, because all I can cook is Italian! I mean.. it helps that I am actually Italian, I love the food... but making sauce, eggplant parm, chicken parm, etc etc.. all those carbs... I swear I sabotage myself every weekend because my brother asks me to make rolled stuffed eggplant.

Unlimited budget for exercise equipment/dvd's. I love amazon! And you won't catch me in a gym! It's more convenient for me to give my daughter a bath, cram my exercise in, and then toss her in bed :lol No travel time required!

A personal life coach/motivator/psycho-analyzer. I'm a little screwy in the head :dizzy:

Is this within reason? ;)

I would wish for...

1. A 24-hour personal gym and spa in my house, with pool :)
2. A miracle medical procedure/treatment that would permanently cure me of any urges to eat past satiety
3. Expert knowledge of how to cook every healthy recipe out there (and quickly, if needed)

LOL, a girl can dream can't she?
