Oh yeah. Nebraska CORN fed beef. There is nothing in this world better. We butcher a whole cow and it feeds our family of 4 for about 18 months. We eat beef probably 3 times a week, with streak being around once a week. T-bones, rib streak, sirloin...flank. All good when it comes from a corn fed cow!

Anyway, eating beef has not effected my dropping cholesterol or weigh loss at all. Sugar and refined flour is what made my weight and cholesterol go sky high, when I quit eating it my weight and cholesterol levels dropped dramatically.
