Fantastic week!
This was a good week for me. I ran a full 3 miles for the first time last night and picked up my race packet for my first 5K next Sunday. After three weeks of barely there losses, I lost 3 pounds this week!!!! That took me out of the 150s and into the HEALTHY weight range!!!!! I am no longer clinically "overweight" AND I have now lost a total of 15 pounds since Jan. 3. My calories were the same this week, same foods, same exercise, I guess my body was just finally ready to let it go.
