Default P90X or 10 Min Trainner?

I have both DVD packs but just wondering if your primary goal at this point
is weight loss which would you use P90X or 10 min trainner?

I do have a pretty good cardio base I do alot of walking, I have done alot of 1/2 marathons and 2 marathons walking but am extremely overweight and would like to start jogging these races.

Any insight would be much appreciated

Weight loss is not dictated by which exercise routine you do it is a formula of energy (calories.)

Exercise does use calories but if you want to lose weight you need to restrict your intake of calories. You can't out exercise a bad diet.
