Well, I started today. I hesitate to announce this but what the heck, at least Im trying. I have decided to go the old fashioned way and count calories, also staying at a healthier low carb level, meaning I will opt for eggs and toast over cereal that sort of thing. I am writing it all down too. I figure the world has went in all directions on this food issue. We have been low fat (I gained a ton during this time) now we should all keep fiber in mind, the carb thing sprinkled here and there. Bottom line, I think calories count, no matter what we think.
I thought it was all great when they said its the fat making you fat! Eat anything you want as long as its low fat, I gained about 60 pounds then. So I am convinced calories count, so Im counting them.
