I'm usually a lurker and comment every once in a while but I've been having some issues lately that I'd like to address and ask for advice.
I started my weight loss journey in May 2010 and have since lost 85 lbs (39 kg, where I am), needless to say I feel amazing. I haven't been this little in over 11 years, I'm down to a UK size 12 (US 10) from a rattling 22 (US 20).
Originally my goal was 154 lbs, then I adjusted it to 147, and now I'm entirely confused. My BMI is 25.7 so I'm not that far from being 'normal' weight.
I don't want to be skinny, I love me some curves on a woman, but I don't want to still be 'fat' either. So I seriously don't know how far to go. Motivation and sticking to my diet has never been a problem, I might have a slip up once in a while but generally I always find my way back to proper eating and excercise.
I should probably add that I'm quite toned and that my guess is, quite some weight is actually muscles...
I'm rambling, I know, I'm just pretty confused right now on how far to go/not to go.
