so this week i am down 0.8 lbs, not great but better then a gain. Im hoping its more but im retaining water. i had alcohol earlier in the week and my sodium intake has been higher then normal.
On monday I worked my left glute too much and it hurt really bad so i took it easy for a few days on cardio, was still using the elliptical just turned the resistance down a couple notches. It was feeling better so i tried running yesterday but after about 1/16th of a mile it hurt, i tried pushing through it but instead of warming up and feeling better it just hurt alot so i am going to take next week off cardio and just do strength training.
my bf's dad found a candy that i am having a crazy impossible time resisting eating, dark chocolate reeses cups minis.... ugh ive had like 8 or 9 at least

ahhh well nothing to do but move on and try to resist from now on
so i found out i will likely need at least two waiver to join the military and the air force rarely awards waivers so i am also looking at the navy or the army if i cant get into the air force. im hoping that i can do well enough on the practice asvab theyll give me to make them want to help me out.
