I really never get like that, I actually have to eat every 4 hours or so or I feel really sick. But even if I'm not feeling hungry at that moment, I make sure I eat regularly so I can keep my metabolism going!

Yep. If I'm really sad or stressed out, I won't want to eat at all. I also find if I don't eat force myself to breakfast, I can go for hours and hours without being hungry at all.
