I realize this may not work for all people. I just bought an eliptical today. Every night I get the cravings for food or something yummy late at night. It usually kicks in at about 8-10pm. Tonight, I started to get the craving again, and instead I got myself on for a work out. When I got done, the thought of food was gross. Exercise cured my craving!
I was very excited about this, so I thought I would share it as a tip for others who are struggling with the same issue
