For the next week (Sun. Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. Fri. and Sat.)
1. NO pop
2. NO slushies (my MAJOR stumbling block)
3. NO eating out
4. walk for at least 20 mins every day.
I think I need to start with baby steps for now.



I am however going to still do my working out...and maybe add a little extra to make up for the slushie.
I'm not expecting that much of a loss every week because I think that had a lot to do with giving up the slushies and pop but it sure was a nice start to my journey. So I think I will keep up with this program for next week as well and then decide if I still think it is working well for me or if it needs tweaking.
