So today was my first post-christmas weight in. I hadn't done THAT badly over Christmas, or so I thought. Imagine my sheer shock when I stood on the scales and was told I had put on 5.5lbs! Ugh, bye bye 140s, hello 150s yet again. I have no idea how it even happened. I mean, I did slip over Christmas, but I didn't think I slipped that much!
This has been a learning experience for me, definitely. Either way I'm trying to see it as a positive mistake - one that can be learned from. I have to admit, before I put on the 5.5lbs, I was only 2lbs away from goal. I had been slipping a lot and I was getting lazy. Putting this weight on and just inspired me to stop making excuses and get back in the swing of things.
It's time to reach goal for once and for all! This time nothing's gonna stop me!

Anybody else get the post-christmas kick up the behind?
