I didn't really have skinny clothes, never been skinny.
I did have a lot of nice stuff in UK14s, where I was for about 6 weeks in mid-2004. I threw them all to charity a couple of years ago. At the time, it helped mentally to try to get on with living my life in the now, rather than having these constant reminders of failed success hanging around. I wish I hadn't now, as I have to keep replenishing. I expect to be into those sizes somewhere between March 30th and May 24th. May 24th is when DietPower predicted I'd get there; March 30th is when I'll get there if I keep on at this rate (1.83lbs a week). |
I never had any skinny clothes !

I thought I would, but styles changed -- the silhouette, the fit, the emphasis on a different section of the body -- and my tastes changed slightly. Oh, and my career changed, from corporate law to technical writing. So a lot of the stuff in my closet had to go. But I did unearth some classic sweaters and scarves that I could salvage. And some of the vintage stuff that I bought back then has turned out to be the best investments of all.

I don't think I have skinny clothes, I have clothes that are fitting better now, but I hope to get a whole new wardrobe when I lose weight actually versus going back to old clothes.

I didn't keep any of my skinny clothes......whats the point of keeping the old stuff when I am a new person. I shop at Goodwill and other thrift stores to keep the costs down somewhat but in all honestly....I want a whole new wardrobe to go with the whole new me :)
