    I set a goal like that every month (I'm trying to lose 6.6 pounds by Dec 1), it gives me something to shoot for and gives me focus, too. But I don't tear myself down if I don't make my goal, as long as the effort was there. So I guess that kind of goal does work for me, though maybe I'm in the minority?

    Good job. All weeks might not be like that, but even if they aren't, don't give up! Just keep sticking to your plan and I'm sure you'll see the improvements you want to see.
