So I have a new ticker...
So I started a binge ticker of days since my last binge. My last binge was last Saturday...
I don't have an exact plan yet, but right now I'd like to start thinking differently about food in general, eating slower and start really making every meal count. Think about what I want to eat before I eat and eat a healthy version of what I'm craving. Stop the deprevation. I've been under eating a little I think. I need to nourish right now and when the exercise/training starts to pull back a little then I can focus on the rest of the last 10lbs and maintaining.
But anyway, I just wanted to put my plan in action, the weekend is rapidly approaching and I need to plan for how to make it a binge free weekend!
