I'm not at my official weigh in day yet (have a couple left before it), but I wanted to post because I'm finally out of a 2 week plateau. I actually think the way I lose weight is changing. It used to be steady, but now it's kind of a standstill for 7-14 days and then a whoosh of two or three lbs, and then repeat (that's the last 2 or so months, basically). I like steady better...
But I broke into a new "decade" this week! I was at 168.2 on Friday morning! About 3 lbs down from my standstill! It dropped off in like 2 days. Stupid water weight.
I'm so excited! In two more decades, I'll be normal weight for the first time in... almost ever!
