  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 205, down two and a half pounds from last week. And it looks when I entered my weight last time, I for some reason put myself at 197.5, while still saying that I had gained two pounds. So I guess this whole posting while dead tired and half asleep thing has some hazards. I guess I just need to practice it some more.
  • 165.8, I was suuuuuper thrilled to see a 165-number!
  • The scale read 143. Down 1 lb from last week.
    Yay!!!!!
  • 285. Up 1 in water weight from yesterday. I'm good with it. Still down from last week.
  • 172.4 this morning!
    Down 2.8 from last Wednesday. (9/22 - Start date)
    And down 0.4 from this Wednesday. (9/29)
    -5.25" total since 9/22
  • 228- so down 3-4 lbs from a week ago. Works for me as I have a long way to go!
  • 261.2 down from the 265 a few days ago but still within the range I've been fluctuating in... just waiting to see the 250's! lol
  • 182 this morning.

    I think it's all the sodium in the tortilla chips I had yesterday. boo!
  • 172.4 more than my ticker maybe I should change that.
  • 232.9 - just barely down!

  • I'm not at my official weigh in day yet (have a couple left before it), but I wanted to post because I'm finally out of a 2 week plateau. I actually think the way I lose weight is changing. It used to be steady, but now it's kind of a standstill for 7-14 days and then a whoosh of two or three lbs, and then repeat (that's the last 2 or so months, basically). I like steady better...

    But I broke into a new "decade" this week! I was at 168.2 on Friday morning! About 3 lbs down from my standstill! It dropped off in like 2 days. Stupid water weight.

    I'm so excited! In two more decades, I'll be normal weight for the first time in... almost ever!
  • 142 today!
  • I'm at a hotel with no scale.
  • I am down to 236.2, which is a 1.2 pound loss for the week. Waiting to get below the 235 mark!
