Default I'm Ready.

Well I posted about a month or so ago I was going to have a Heart Cath done. All went well with that.. So now I'm ready to start my part. I know it will be slow going, but I'm ok with that. I started today. I parked my car farther back so I have a little ways to walk to get to my office. I need all of the support I can get right now.

Good for you, Nicelady!

It's amazing how many little things we can incorporate into our days to make ourselves that much stronger, and that much healthier. Take things slow, and you will succeed!

Good luck!

Everyone has that "moment" when they just know it's time. I'm glad you found yours! Keep posting, take part in an accountability group you feel comfortable with and you can do it!

Wonderful! I'm glad the heart cath went well. Now it's time on ensuring you won't have to go through again any time soon!

Did the doctor give you any guidelines for an eating plan? Many of us find that weight loss is achieved most easily through a combination of diet and exercise.

I think "moving more" is awesome!
