I'm at a party right niw and di not stick to the fruit platter the way I said I would. At first I felt really guilty but theni reLized it's the FIRST. Time I've eaten anything off plan in TWO weeks and if I go over in my calories it'll be the first time I even eat all of my daily calories in the same amount of time. I've lost. Six pounds in a little less than two weeks, and considering all the things on that table that I love, I didn't gorge anything close to what I used to.
I keep telling other people to be kind to themselves and I think it's time to take my own advice. Though I do feel vaguely ick and like I want a nap. I seriously didn't eat that much but I guess the sugar is throwing me for a loop. |
