My Own Personal "Biggest Loser!!"
Hi everyone: I'm in the great position of working at home, on my own time. That means I can make a real project out of losing weight! I got back my old trainer, who has me check in daily and stay accountable. Although I'm eating properly, I can't say the same for my exercise. Starting today, I'm going to exercise twice daily -- run on the treadmill (I can barely run at 4 mph...argh) for 30 minutes, and then walk on the beach at sunset. Maybe I can work up from there. Anybody else free during the day at the end of summer? I could use some buddies!!
