Each season is just different for me, none better or worse than another.
This Summer I have been extremely active, but past summers have been extremely sedentary. I work in the schools so I'm back up to being pretty active Fall-Spring, but I can be sedentary then too if I allow myself to be. So it doesn't matter the season, my activity level is up to me.
As for foods, I love them all!

I buy fruit regardless of whether or not it's in season since it's always at the grocery store. And in the Fall I get to eat things like winter squashes, which I love, and sweet potatoes.
