Lol! I was just wondering how many others share an August birthday? Have you/did you set a goal for that date? Did you/will you make it to that goal?
I wanted to be down to 199.8 by 8/30 (my b-day). That is about 7 lbs in two weeks. 3.5 lbs a week. Probably not going to happen... but I could lose 4 by then and be OH SO CLOSE to onederland (as I have heard it called on 3fatchicks).
What are you doing for yours? I'd like to have a little bit of something tasty, but not go overboard. Maybe have one piece of pizza, or something... just enough to celebrate but not sabotage myself. I'm down 14 pounds in 4 weeks, and I don't want them back, LOL!
I actually share my b-day with a good friend. He is also my hubby's bf from HS. We always do something together on our b-day and then we all go away for labor day weekend with a big group of friends. We count that weekend as part of our b-day celebration. This year on our b-day, I am going to cook dinner - so at least I will get to make somethine healthy and tasty! The hard part will be trying not to ruin all my good work on Labor Day Weekend with Beer and burgers.
