Unhappy Problem....

I just started the low carb diet about a week ago, and I've been exercising daily, and yesterday I weighed myself and I had lost 4 pounds. Today I was just feeling too curious so I weighed myself again and I gained 2 pounds back.......is there any reason why?

There's a sticky on weight fluctuations, I think it's in this forum. A MUST read if you plan to weigh daily. EVERYONE's weight flucuates from day to day and the multitude of reasons are never ending. The important thing is that you see a downward trend when you plot it on a graph. Hope this helps.

Thank you, I'm also trying to go by how many inches I've lost from around my waist and other trouble areas, so I know if the diet is really working.

I track my daily weigh-ins at http://www.skinnyr.com/ - it really helps me to see the downward trend on a graph even if on any given day it's not going the direction I want.
