In the last nine months or so I've gotten a great lesson on maintaining. I haven't gained back any of the weight I lost, but I've not been losing either. I've been unable work out, since I've been so dizzy every time I move my head it's a fight to stay upright, and my doctor didn't want me to cut any more calories until he figured out what was wrong with me.

Well, as of two weeks ago, I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. So the dizziness won't go away, nor will the epic ringing and buzzing in my ears, but this latest round of meds he's given me seems to be getting things under control.

I see him again next week to tweak meds if needed, and after that I'll be back on the "wagon". I've really missed my workouts, I can't wait!
