Today was pretty hectic- out and about doing various things from when I woke up.

Food:
2 cans V8-60 calories
1 bottle diet orange soda-38 calories
1 cup noodles, beef and vegetable-300 calories
Some of my friend's popcorn- no idea but for definite less than 600 calories so let's call it that.
9 pieces of pepperoni ~100 calories
1 yoghurt - 100 calories

Total: 1198ish calories. So hard coming home though. Opened the refrigerator to get my yoghurt and first thing that hits me is chocolate cake. Barely even bothered me, since I've so firmly written it out of the possibility for today But THEN, ah, THEN my eyes lighted upon a tupperware container of caesar salad, which may be my very favorite food ever. It was really hard to wrench myself away, but I reminded myself that I could have it tomorrow.

forgot my food intake today

Breakfast (285)
skim milk, V8 fusion, banana, 1/2 serving dry Kashi

Lunch (608) sounds bad I know, I made a burger, left over from Sunday, not a good choice. I ate about 1/3 and threw the rest away, yuky. That was made with a sandwich thin, 80/20 burger, 2% cheese, catsup and mustard total calories for that nasty burger 505 divided by 3 (168) then I had a can of vegetable soup, with a cup of V8, 10 saltines crackers and 2 cups of n/s added grapefruit juice

Snack (191)
f/f chocolate pudding, with cool whip and then some watermelon

Dinner (395)
Fish fillet with garlic butter, yellow squash with onion, and a sandwich thin with a tbsp of peanut butter <--- what a treat

Total calories 1479 ok add 60 eating grapes 1539

walked 3 miles in 90 degree heat

good job on the exercise.

I forgot to put my activity in today:

2 hours shopping
3 hours cleaning

Another super-busy day at work, rocked some overtime until 6.30pm and I am really tired x.x

Breakfast:
2 Oatybix with fat free natural yoghurt and a little maple syrup, plus a glass of Welch's Light grape juice.

Snack:
Mars bar and a packet of crisps :3 YES, I KNOW. SAY IT, GO ON ><

Lunch:
Mozzarella salad made with low-fat mozzarella, lamb's lettuce, rocket and baby spinach with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Afternoon snack:
STRAWBERRIES

Dinner:
Curry made with Quorn, curry paste, chopped tomatoes and yoghurt with steamed rice and a large cup of tea.

Drinks today were lots of water and three cups of tea. Tea is less of a jolt than coffee and still serves the same function, lol.

Jen, that burger had to be the nastiest burger I have ever had. Don't know if it was taste buds or not but whew I won't try it again at least not that kind. I have wanted a hot dog but don't have any turkey franks in the house, only beef so don't want to do the extra fat. Maybe I should have one just to get rid of the want, but not today since I'm not going walking this evening, maybe tomorrow for lunch.
