My first mini goal!

  • Hi everyone!

    I thought it would help to write down my goal for the week:

    1. Cut out all sugary foods (chocolate, sweets, fruit yoghurt, ice cream etc) except for 25g of dark (70%) chocolate a day.

    2. Stick to my exercise plan (running 3 x a week , swimming or cycling x 1)

    3. Drink enough water

    I am hoping to lose close to 1kg this week.

    My starting weight is: 70.6 kg

    i'd be happy with anything under 70kg by next Monday! My overall goal is 65kg, and i'd like to be there by the 17th August (when I go away for the weekend with my boyfriend).

  • new weight loss goal
    I am 21 years old and have been over weight my entire life. I'm sick of it. I currently weigh 229lbs I have gained 30lbs in the last year and want to lose those pounds and more. My mini goal right now is 10 lbs by July 14. My issue is that I eat when I'm bored and I don't eat and starve then wen i eat I eat too much. So good luck to you all and I hope I can reach my little goal!

    That is a great plan for the week, Claire! I'm sure it'll take a lot of discipline to cut out all those other sugary foods, but I'm sure you have the discipline to do it! x)

    Morgan, I can totally empathize with eating whenever I'm bored, and it's STILL a horrible habit of mine. ): I'm going to try harder to stop myself and walk away when I'm full, and to drink more water. We can do it!
