So, I picked up my dress for sister's wedidng last night and it fits- awesome! But, it puts waaayyy too much emphasis on the bottom part of my belly. No problem, I figure I'll just throw on some spanx (tada!) that I bought for last year's holiday party (under the dress, don't worry) and it will be fine.

So I go home... I put them on, and nothing. my stomach looks exactly the same. What the heck? So I'm staring in the mirror trying to figure out how I ended up with the bionic spanx resistant gut when I notice that the waist band is slowly sliding down... they're too big! Of course, realizing that I've lost enough inches (about 5 off the stomach) to necessitate buying the next size smaller gave me a good laugh.

So that's my NSV- I lost enough weight that now I need to buy smaller spanx.

I am waiting for my dress for my sister's wedding to come in... any day now! I lost enough in time to buy a size smaller than I would have originally needed!! I am hoping *crosses fingers* that I will need to have the dress taken in a bit by the wedding in October!

That reminds me that I haven't tried mine on since 68 pounds ago. I better get some in case of an emergency. lol
