look at that forearm shrink! and so is the waist. now for someone only watching the scale, they would have never picked up on that.
My measurements are due today, i am a little bloated around my waist...but I will still do it...and note that I am ovulating and usually get bloated during that time. I have been gardening for my exercise, so I hope that pays off! |

I've only recently moved from weekly weigh-ins to monthly weigh/measure. I only have my baseline measurements from May 1. When I get to June, I'll post the difference.

ok here's today's measurements. I know i have been doing alot of activity and keeping my blood sugar balanced so my body will resort to using my stores for energy.

yes, eliana, i meant cleanse, by eating clean. I am going back to that way of eating. my biggest downfall was sweets and sweet products. Now I have some frozen grapes and 60% cacao chocolate.

okay, bumping this up. I am due for new measurements on the 18 th. i am OP for the most part. the most unhealthy thing I have eaten is sweetened shredded coconut.

i put on 2 size 12 items today. They are tight but i got in them...now I want to see them get loose.

still eating clean...i think i have seen some weight loss too because right before tom i was 188. i usually am 5 lbs down. That's great...i can't wait for the bloat to go away because I can't wait to take my measurements again. how is everyone doing?? did you go back to being ruled by the scale or are you still noticing the changes in the way your clothes fit...in another week I will post my progress. |
