Which temptation have you given in to today?
We all have our slip ups don't we?
So I just wanna know what temptation you gave in to today and how you intend to make up for it.
For me, I gave in to temptation today when I ate 4 nugget-like pieces of fried chicken today right after lunch because I couldn't resist the taste of it.
I promise to make up for it tonight by eating lesser carbs for dinner and more vegetables.
