yup, that's right, I'm not having a birthday I'm having a birthweek. I went out for drinks last night with coworkers, then tonight it's drinks with friends, then tomorrow it's lunch with my mom and dinner with a few friends who couldn't make it tonight, then friday it's lunch with a couple of other people. I know I should have just said no to some of these and suggested something non-food related to do instead but oh well.
This is truly going to be THE test! Can I make it through with smart choices and limited portions? That's the plan! Also part of the plan is going to the gym EVERY day this week which I usually don't do, usually my gym days are sprinkled into the week. So far so good, I went to the gym mon, tues, and again today and I'm down a pound so far this week. I'm feeling optimistic, I can march right through this week and not gain!
