still holding 184.2 this morning....down a pound from last Monday! Off to work...will check in tonight. Hold down the fort.... |
Back up to 208 this morning. Not terribly shocked as last night was lasagna and brownies at a friend's house. I am starting to get a little worried about reaching 205 by the end of the month... but reminding myself of where I've been and not to get discouraged.
Blonde - looks like we're in the same spot. Want to see who can get under 200 first? Toobig - Good for you! Stick with it team! |
well I WI at 209 on Friday and then blew it over the weekend. Went out for fish fry friday night, ate out lunch on saturday and sunday and also went out for breakfast on sunday morning. any way other then that not too much has changed. Just got to keep remembering that I can do it Only 3 more months to go then I really can get back into it.

My exercise is going great, but I need to really track my food. I think I'm "accidentally" slipping up with extra bites that I'm not recording. Must be more diligent. |
I just flit around this certain few pounds. Not making any REAL progress to speak of. I am either going to join a gym or get a bodybugg. Which should I try???

My baloney lately has been beer, it can't be fattening, it just can't! *flops on floor crying, cuz I know it is*;)
Anyway, tonight I opened the fridge to start supper, and looked at those lovely brown bottles of cold, frosty beer,,,,,,,and said to myself, "do you want a beer more than you want to get back into yer skinny jeans?" And I passed it over for a diet Pepsi. :carrot: |

unfortunately it is rare I pass on the beer....dang... but am drinking less and doing great on the cheese and chips... so.... 183.6 this morning :carrot: 10 pounds since Jan 7th....I'll take it! Be good TEAM...be good! |
I loves my beers! But,,,,beer is my big downfall, so trying to pass more often.
Holding at 170, gotta get my butt in gear. I am drinking more water and less diet Pepsi as well. I can't wait for the weather to warm up a bit so I can take walks outside. I live on a farm so I enjoy taking walks, but we have 10 inches of snow and it's colder than a well diggers butt in the Klondike here right now. |

I'm making myself feel more positive today! I think part of it is this stupid weather. Can we just get to feel more like spring and less like winter? Need to see the snow go away! |

156 yesterday morning, didn't get on the scales today. That is down 3 lbs, only about 7-10 go go. Seems like I keep having to lose my last 10 lbs every few months.

Mystery is solved as to why I am up a couple of pounds so suddenly.. Aunt FLO is finally here after being gone for over 2 months hoorray.. So I won't be going to the doctor after all whew.. I was getting a little concerned and aggravated about needing to go to the doctor again to be on the safe side. I have my work out clothes on now and just need to change shoes and I am going to walk or do a dance video today for thirty minutes. I haven't decided which. Due to my finances and all the baloney that's happened I will be letting go of the gym membership.. not that I went anyways since I've been unable to work out until now since this is the first day I actually feel not so much like trying to get up from being run over by a train after work.
EZMONEY- You are so right.. I cannot let this baloney get in my way. I need to start being more demanding/"selfish" about having work out time when it comes to priorities like running errands and housework and cooking and etc.. WAY TO GO!! AnneL- Sure let's race but let's keep it friendly! I weighed in at 205.2 I believe this morning.. Mtiger-Those body buggs sound neat. Do you do weights already at home? Have a great night! |
