I am having a hard time getting up the motivation to do my workout tonight. I've never had a problem getting myself ready and doing it. I gotta get going. I just don't want to. I also don't want to loose momentum. I know it seems small to some but to me it's the difference between making goal and not. This could turn into a disaster. I know what I need to do, I just don't feel like it.

just checking in with you, to see if you did workout! You do 30 Day Shred, right? it's SO quick isn't it...what's 20 minutes? Keep your momentum, girl!
I have had to almost literally kick myself in the butt to do a workout when I'm feeling all and then afterwards sooo glad that I made myself do it.

I didn't do it last night but I woke up to my little cheerleader in my head saying get up right now and workout because you don't want to mess up your progress. So I just finished. I will probably do something this evening or afternoon to make up for that missed day. Thanks for checking on me. That's why I love this site.
Jigglefree, I'm glad you got right back at it! You're my goal buddy!! You and I have the same goal in mind and we started about the same time.
I know you can do it!! I know it gets discouraging sometimes, but just think how AWESOME it will be to walk into ANY store and go to the 10's and just slide it right on!!!!!!
When I'm working out, I visualize walking through the mall and seeing myself walking into stores that I haven't even dreamed of going into for the last 15 years!! We're going to make it - YES WE ARE!
I see those size 10 jeans. YES I DO!! No more missed workouts unless it's a dire emergency. I got to get in those jeans. I'm so pumped now.
Susie - we sure should be goal buddies. Keep each other on task. My first goal was to be in a size 20 by Valentines Day but I'm there now. It would be cool if I'm able to squeeze in a size 18 and fit them comfortably by the end of March.
I workout in the morning right when I get up. When the alarm goes off and I don't want to work out, I tell myself, just get dressed and go to the gym. Once there I can take a nap on an open bench if I want to (it's at 5 am so there are plenty of open equipment), but just go there. Of course, once I am there, I always find that I can/do want to workout. I think the hardest part is getting the momentum to start. Once that first foot hits the floor, a shoe goes on your foot, etc., then rest kinds of just flow from it.
