Hey Jinksie! I am in the same boat (well, except DH and I very deliberately conceived :lol:), about the same distance along as well :)

Don't consider pregnancy the end of your diet - healthy eating and activity will make your pregnancy go more smoothly and delivery go more easily. I fully intend to keep posting here on 3FC the whole way, and hope you'll do so as well :)

I had a very good friend that lost body fat at the same time she gained baby weight. Her doctor had her eating so healthy when she was pregnant it was like her body was better off losing while she was pregnant. She "gained" a total of 10 pounds during her pregnancy and gave birth to an 8 pound healthy baby girl.
