Wow...off to a GREAT start
Okay, I have literally cut my calories in half and have not had one soda in 4 days. To give you an idea, I am suppose to consume 4400 calories to maintain my weight that I currently am. I use to drink a 2 liter of soda a day easily. So, I got on the scale, I lost 4 lbs in four days. I am estatic! I changed my eating habits completely and I also walk about 45 minutes 4 times a week. I lost 3 lbs before this so that is why my ticker shows 7 lbs lost
