Started recording everything and staying around 1,600 calories 2 weeks ago. Found that I range between 1,400-1,600 Exercised lightly on WII Fit because I have had a cold.
I have only lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks and am wondering if I need to drop calories. I am 5' 7", 245 lbs and most things I find say calories should be higher than 1,600.
Does being sick mess up weight loss?
Should I give 1,600 more time?
This has been a bad winter, 4 colds, bronchitis and I am normally very healthy.

Toxic office space! People come in sick rather than using vacation days.
