1.) 1800 calories daily
2.) 8 glasses of water daily
3.) prepare 1 brand new healthy recipe weekly
4.) gym (at least 3 times a week)
5.) menu plans by Saturday at bedtime for the next week....
Ugh... I lost so much weight and then was really ill for much of the year so I'm right back where I started.
1. Lose 20lbs and keep it off.
2. Walk the dog for 30 minutes every day.
3. Alternate Bar Method work out and Wii Fit every other day.
4. Stay under 1500c nearly every day.
5. Stay motivated and inspired!
1) Go to the gym at least 3 times per week
2) drink 80 ounces of water a day atleast 5 days a week (Iknow some days I won't want so much water!)
3) keep a food journal again
4) go to church atleast 3 times a month
