I have the soul destroying job of losing 5lbs I have already lost. I had a really good Christmas and don't regret a thing but now is the time to start again. Let the past stay in the past, enjoy the lovely memories but get back on track. On Monday I go to my doctor and dietician to be weighed The told me to expect a gain so I know I'll get support, not lectures.
Anybody, in the same boat as me, who wants to join in... feel free to come on board.
Happy New Year to everyone and a huge thank you for all the advice and support I have had. Just think... this time next year we will all ook back on New Year 2010 and remember the weight we were then compared to the thin healthy ones we are at the start of 2011.

I am in the same boat as you! 5 lbs over christmas... oh I was so upset with myself at first. But - you have a great attitude! I know in the long run these 5 lbs we've gained (and will lose again) will be just a brief memory.... We can do it!!!
