Default I want pancakes!!!

I am craving pancakes....not healthy pancakes either. I am craving the egg loaded, fluffy with fat, sopped in butter and buttery syrup pancakes.

I think the stress of the end of another busy semester is getting to me...I know I have an egg white omelet just waiting to be my breakfast but the pancakes sound so comforting....

Ever tried coconut flour pancakes? They are fluffy and yummy.

You could try having scotch pancakes for breakfast, they're about 95 calories each and it might take the edge off the craving I like having them for breakfast with some yogurt and fruit.

Good luck with your choices.

Think about something else. Eat your breakfast, do some cleaning. Go for a walk. Talk to a friend. No one dies because they can't eat some dream food. This happens to everyone from time to time, and you just have to get over it. Good luck!

Thanks for listening...venting and thinking before acting helps. I had the egg white omelet. I made the kids French Toast but I didn't even tempt myself with the pancakes. I also did a load of laundry and found two of the children's missing library books.

Now it's off to work where I have to avoid the peppermint bark...

MMMMMM peppermint bark! You've got me thinking about that now, and not pancakes! The BEST peppermint bark is from William Sonoma - expensive but really really good...real dark chocolate, not too sweet, yummy peppermint flavour...mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I hope there's some left after Christmas when it's 75% off!
