I am so thirsty all the time when I am losing weight that I don't have any trouble drinking enough water. I'd be parched and miserable and if I didn't.
Having said that, the calculator says I'll need about 4L on a day when I exercise and have one alcoholic drink. I wonder if I get that high. I have no idea how much water I drink at the gym, I go back to the cooler between sets and take in a lot of water. I'll have to pay attention and see how much it is.
